04/04/23 – Williams Painted and Has New Flooring

Hey guys! Welcome back to my renovation blog. It’s been a while since I’ve given you an update on the Williams project, so I’m excited to share the latest news with you. In total, I spent $11,905.12 on materials and services, which included:

  • New Flooring: $6,090.36 on new flooring
  • Depoost for New Cabinets: $2,285.85
  • Paint Interior: $3,482.53
  • Electric Bill: $46.38

I’m proud to say that I successfully completed both the painting and flooring tasks, and the results are stunning. The new flooring is both durable and visually appealing, and the fresh coat of paint really transformed the space into something special.

What’s Next?

With most of the biggest tasks completed, I’m excited to move on to the next phase of this renovation project. Here’s what’s on the list for upcoming tasks:

  • Install new cabinets
  • Repair or remove the wire running from the house to the shed
  • Install a vent hood and check the wiring
  • Repair the soffit

I look forward to seeing how these updates will help to breathe new life into the space and make it a more functional and inviting home for future owners. As always, I’ll keep you updated on my progress and any challenges that arise along the way. Thank you for following along on this exciting renovation journey, and be sure to check back soon for the next update!
